LEGAL NOTICES

1. Attendance Policy: If an attendee wishes to receive a Certificate of Attendance, she or he must be present for 80% of the total instructional hours, and/or be willing to make up "lost time" on an individual basis (at no cost to the student) when determined necessary by the Director or Administrator. Any other attendance concerns should be taken up with the Administrator or Director on a personal basis.

2. The admission policies of the Fakir Intensives do not necessitate any previous experience, education, admission tests, or evaluations - just a desire to learn and an ability to understand spoken English. Students who wish to attend the advanced course will be required to have attended the basic course at least one year prior, or make other arrangements with the school director.

3. Fakir Intensives do not offer English-as-a-second language (ESL) instruction.

4. Any attendee who wishes to lodge a complaint before, during, or after the course should direct it to the administrator who will be present and available every day before and after the course when in session, or at any other time personally. For your own benefit, please submit complaints in writing, with a date. The administrator will reply in writing as to the Intensives' response and disposition to the complaint within 10 days.
